You will only be offered a refund if one of the following cases applies, if none of the following cases apply, you will not be refunded. A bank transfer will be used to refund your funds after verification, which may take up to 5 working days

Cancelling time limit

If you cancel your appointment within 5 minutes of booking

Consultant cancels your appointment

If you've booked your appointment through Tookspot and the management of the spot cancels your appointment without providing any legit reason

Spot is closed when your appointment is scheduled

If you've booked your appointment through Tookspot and on mentioned timing the spot is somehow closed
